Positive: The room is very well equipped, has everything you need and even more. Pleasant and helpful staff who are easy to contact. Negative: Just a 2 things: 1)Shower only with a single overhead shower head. 2) the bed is like on wheels - you ride on it and it constantly moves from the slightest movement.

Habitación espaciosa, muy cerca de restaurantes y zona para pasear Positive: Habitación grande, con buena cocina, heladera y alacenas bajo y sobre mesada. Buena cama, sabana y toallones. Acceso seguro, con cerradura electrónica. Negative: La ubicación, si bien es excelente y muy cerca de la zona de restaurantes y para caminar, está en el borde dónde pululan gente drogada. También es cierto que esta gente no es molesta ni invasiva. Por otro lado no existe espacio de guardado para ropa (salvo un perchero de pie) y hay que mantenerla en la maleta.

Dissapointed Positive: Room was clean Negative: Room was overpriced. We were charged $10 Resort Fee and $30 for cleaning. This was not a resort or Hotel? We could not watch TV news or other programs. Most required subscriptions? Processing a station took forever? There was no guide to use the TV. We were provided one bath towel only and had to text for another bath towel which was delivered promptly. The AC would cut off and had to be powered back on every hour

Positive: Perfect room facilities...super location ..great staff. Negative: Hardly anything to say.

Positive: The unit was clean and had a small stove and fridge. Negative: I had to follow up to get the remote entry protocol. There was no wifi, and the unit had significant road and pedestrian noise. Better windows/sound insulation would help.
