It was fun but had some quirks. Positive: Overall it was good. The staff were responsive and helpful. Negative: - The door number lock had a really slow response time and wouldn't respond when you pressed it. The numbers would only appear after several tries. - The cold water had issues and would not work.

Property is ok for the price and would stay there again. Positive: Location was good with lots of places to visit and purchase meals and drinks. Market location very popular. O train station very close with direct link to railway station. Regular bus routes on Rideau street to access city. Cheaper than other properties in the area. Negative: Premises not set up as regular hotel with stairs access and no reception. Would not rate it as a 4 star hotel. Kitchen appliances provided but few utensils, plates would been nice. Shower did not work properly as hot water supply was dangerously hot in the morning, mixer valve could not regulate, Portable AC was very noisy but needed in the hot conditions.

Thank you. Positive: Location, cleanliness, maintenance, new system TV, very fast internet are perfect. Negative: Everything at the facility is managed online and there are no staff on site. As a result, there’s no one around to ask people who may be using drugs or sleeping near the entrance to leave. They’re probably harmless, but it can still feel unsettling.
